Wiscasset is our final destination before we went home. I can recomend this restaurant. If possible ask for a place at the windows, if they ask you to wait for it, do it, you won't be dissapointed. I had crispy salmon with a bacon lobster hash and it was delicious, my fiance had scallops with a very cream risotto which also very very good. While wait, treat yourself on a cocktail, those are also very good. Enjoy!

We had a great visit today for lunch. Sat at the far end of the porch, right by the windows, looking out at a beautiful day on the water. Our server, Laura, took great care of us. Food came out promptly, drinks were refilled, and the check came out right away once requested. Food was delicious. Please see the pics. I also posted a video of the view and our section of the dining area. Price was appropriate for the view, service and food quality.

We had lunch here and it was awesome. Wife loved loved the butternut squash soup and chicken burger (her words, best ever). My fried haddock sandwich was awesome with crisp pickles and melted cheese. And the shoestring fires were perfect. And the view was even better than the food. Add water street kitchen to you to-do list!

Took a break to grab a bite. With all the burgers we've been eating this week, we thought of giving a turkey burger a shot, can't recommend it enough! How about those truffle fries?

May 2025 Beautiful restaurant and bar overlooking the Sheepscot River. Did not have a reservation (would strongly advise if you are 4 or more), but they seated the two of us right away at a great table with spectacular views. The pasta dish I ordered was one of the best I have ever had (sorry to all my NY family), made fresh and cooked perfectly. Sam, our waitress, was awesome, very helpful with the drink selection and choices for dinner. Great place, and I would absolutely go back the next time we are there.

We're auditioning restaurants for a family birthday celebration this summer, and Water Street may "win" the prize of 10 adults coming in July. We had two cocktails: a mango vodka and prosecco mix and a bloody mary. Both were excellent. We followed those with a half-dozen raw oysters, well-presented and fresh, a Caesar Salad and fish and chips with truffle fries. All were great, as was the chocolate mousse cake.

This is a beautiful restaurant with a creative menu. We loved the roast cauliflower and brussel sprouts appetizers, but everything was excellent. We'll look forward to visits here being a new tradition.
